Before any work starts, you'll get a written quote or agreement that spells out the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement wins for that project.

Pricing

Our standard website package and monthly care plan are listed on our pricing section. Projects outside that package, such as more pages or an online store, get a separate quote that you approve before any work starts.

Your content

You're responsible for the text, photos, logos, and other material you give us for your website. By providing it, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you allow us to use it to build and maintain your site.

Third-party services

Websites rely on outside services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email providers, and Google. We'll help you set up and manage them, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes, or price changes.

Search rankings

We build every site with search engines in mind, but no one can honestly guarantee a specific Google ranking, amount of traffic, or number of leads. Search results depend on Google and on many things outside our control.

Our portfolio

Unless you ask us not to, we may show your finished website in our portfolio and link to it from our site.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and logo on orbithouseweb.com belong to OrbitHouseWeb. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Ownership of a website we build for you is covered in your project agreement.

No warranties
