The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply and do the work, and we never sell it.

This policy explains how OrbitHouseWeb (Orbit House Web), based in Palm Bay, Florida, handles information when you visit orbithouseweb.com, contact us, or hire us. "We," "us," and "our" mean OrbitHouseWeb.
What we collect
- What you send through the contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of project, and your message.
- What you send by phone, text, or email. Your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Project information from clients. If you hire us, things like your business details, website content, photos, logins we need to do the work, and billing contact information.
- Basic server logs. Like nearly every website, our web host automatically records technical details for each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. These are used for security and keeping the site running, not to track you.
What we don't collect
This site doesn't use tracking cookies, Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other third-party tracking scripts. We don't build profiles of visitors, and we don't collect payment card numbers through this website.
How we use your information

- To prepare quotes and do the work you hire us for
- To send invoices and handle account questions
- To keep the website secure and working properly
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements
We won't add you to a marketing email list or send you marketing texts unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the services we use to run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Hostinger hosts this website and its server logs.
- Microsoft 365 delivers and stores email, including contact form messages.
- Payment, accounting, and other business tools we use for client work, when you become a client.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
Links to other sites
This site links to other sites, such as our Google Business Profile. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle your information.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and client records for as long as we need them to answer you, serve you as a client, and meet tax and legal requirements. When we no longer need something, we delete it.
How we protect it
The site runs on HTTPS, and access to our email and business accounts is restricted and secured. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email hello@orbithouseweb.com and we'll take care of it, unless we're required to keep certain records, like invoices, by law.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
